    A good and healthy balance sheet.
    Various Ratios of financial analysis has to be above average.
    Credit Ratio is an important factor.
    Profits in relations to Sales/turnover should be minimum 20% net after all expenses.
    Bank Credit Report, Intregity in dealings, Market opinion of the firm and its business activity plays a very important facts.
    The enterpreneurs should be credit worthy and of good credentials.
