I have a 5000sq ft empty lot on a commercial zone in the Philippines. Whats a good business?

Organise weekly Market or Bazaar. You don’t need real investment, Divide the layout of the land to small and medium size areas and rent it temporary to merchandisers. Hundreds of people would be interested in having an outlet to their products whether its cloths for young people, food product, souvenirs, handy-craft
Internet cafe is the best option, I think. Also a bookstor/cafe would be nice too.
Do the internet cafe and combine it it with an upstairs dorm/bed spacers. Create enough space so the bedspacer will pay for the construction and maintenance and then internet cafe would just be pure profit.
