Hi, I am a student at a high school, i am a jr, and i am trying to make a business plan for a gaming cafe or internet cafe. I am doing this cause i want to major in business and this is a good start i would think and also i want to get my dad and others to help me maybe reach my dream of my own gaming business. well i would greatly love any help i could get thanks. *FYI: I have no clue how to start a business plan and also i dont even know what one looks like haha so thanks again.*

    You dont want someone else’s plan. You want to use what you know and don’t know about the industry to show in black and white whether or not it’s a worthwhile endeavor. If it can’t work on paper, it won’t work in real life. Your library will have books with samples so you can copy the outline but not the actual figures. Do your own research on competition, customer base, advertising methods and successes, and all of that. You’ll have heavy emphasis on the financial end of the business which is where the profit is… be honest and realistic with that. Your business and income depends on it.

    The business plan is vital and it is super to know that you realize its importance to creating a successful business.

    You can get sample business plans by searching the web.Use as the search engine and type in quotes “internet cafe business plan”. By using quotation marks you will reduce the number of mis-hits. All banks have a business plan template on their respective web sites.

    You need to get to work. It is a big deal, and requires a lot more than what you think it does. It is formal, detailed, and very structured. You need one if you intend to get any kind of substantial financial backing from anyone. Plus, it will give you a blue print of where you want to go, and you will know much more about your chosen field than you do now.

    I suggest searching for some existing business plans on line. There are many, and there are also good examples and outlines.

    I don’t mean to discourage you, but there is no easy way to get around the necessity of doing a lot of research on this. Go for it!!
