i am running my own internet cafe and my problem is my assisstant.i am emotionally attached to her?

well as you recognise that she has faults, sit her down to a talk and confront her with these faults.
If you dont feel you can be strong enough to make a stand this way, there only 2 options left, Get over it, or Fire her. If shes getting in the way of making your business make money, then there realy is no other option.
Introspect why you fear losing her? Are you afraid you wont find a replacement for her? Are you afraid you will be a loser? Are you afraid of what your assistant will ‘think of you’ if you tell her honestly about her work?
If you give the ‘control button’ to anyone other than yourself, your happiness will be “controlled” by whom you have given the “control button”
